Hot tent camping in freezing temperature
A short hike to a beautiful lake for an overnight stay. The temperature stayed above freezing during the day but crept below during the night and morning hours. Since I had a wood stove, I could stay warm and comfortable in the tent. It was two lovely days in nature with good food and drink. I felt both rested and satisfied as I packed up my things and hiked back home again.
